It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dr Molly Ho.
Dr Molly passed away on Thursday the 4th of April 2024.

Her funeral will consist of primarily immediate family & friends thank you for your understanding.

How long is a consult?

A standard consult lasts 15 minutes, a long consult can last 30 minutes, and an extended consult can last onwards of 45 minutes.

How can I send information to my doctor?

To send pictures, documents and other relevant information to your doctor please email reception advising both the content and relevant patient information so we can get them to your doctor promptly.

My Doctor is fully booked but i need an appointment urgently?

If your doctor is fully booked and you require urgent medical services/treatment please do not hesitate to contact our staff or if suitable please refer to our afterhours services located in the directory.

I am experiencing a medical emergency what should I do?

Our Practice is not equipped to handle immediate life threating conditions if you or a loved one are experiencing something that falls under this category please dial 000.

How much will my consult cost?

Consult fees vary based on both length of consult, complexity and the services performed. For more detailed information please refer to our pricing list which can be found in the directory.

What is our bulk billing policy?

The practice is a mixed billing clinic. This means that the doctors will privately bill you unless you have a current and valid concession, pension, or DVA card or if you or your child are under 16 years of age.

How do I get my Medicare rebate back?

Our practice sends your rebate directly to Medicare, who will then refund the account you have associated with your Medicare account. To direct or view your current Medicare refunds please refer to your mygov account.
