Consultation Prices and Medicare Rebates
Longevity Medical Centre is a mixed-billing clinic. Our doctors need to cover expenses to ensure we can continue to offer the highest quality medical services to you and our other patients in the future. Currently, we provide bulk billing for children under 16 years old, pensioners, concession card holders, and patients of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, excluding Saturdays.

This list is a guide only. Factors such as the complexity and duration of treatment may influence the fee, particularly when a referral or investigation is necessary, as there may be additional service charges. Detailed information about additional treatments is available at the reception.
Missed or cancelled appointments
People who miss their appointments make it difficult for others to access medical care from their doctors. Please always provide at least 24 hours’ notice or a minimum of 1-2 hours’ notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. A ‘no-show’ fee of $65, including GST, will be applied to individuals who don’t attend their booked appointments. You will receive an SMS reminder to help us both avoid this situation. If you believe that there are exceptional circumstances where applying a ‘no-show fee’ would be unfair, please let us know.
Payment on the day
Payment is required on the day of your appointment by EFTPOS, credit card and cash only. Rebates are available through Medicare online and will be transferred to your registered bank account with Medicare within 24-48 hours. Rebates are also available through the Tyro system using EFTPOS to receive your refund.
