Consultation Prices and Medicare Rebates

Longevity Medical Centre is a mixed-billing clinic.

We currently provide bulk billing (at no out-of-pocket cost) for the following patients, Monday to Friday:

  • Children under 16 years old
  • Pensioners
  • Concession card holders
  • Patients of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent

Saturday appointments: All consultations on Saturdays are privately billed at the standard fee, regardless of concession, pensioner, or other bulk-billing eligibility. The same fee structure below applies.

Note: Prices below are effective from 1 July 2026.

This list is a guide only. Factors such as the complexity and duration of treatment may influence the fee, particularly when a referral or investigation is necessary, as there may be additional service charges & Card fees (until 1st of October as per Australian Government guidlines. Detailed information about additional treatments is available at reception.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Patients who miss their appointments make it difficult for others to access medical care from their doctors. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or a minimum of 1–2 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend.

A ‘no-show’ fee of $70 (including GST) will apply to patients who do not attend their booked appointment. You will receive an SMS reminder to help avoid this situation.

If you believe exceptional circumstances make a no-show fee unfair in your case, please let us know.

Payment on the Day

Payment is required on the day of your appointment by EFTPOS, credit card, or cash only.

Rebates are available through Medicare online and will be transferred to your registered bank account within 24–48 hours. Rebates are also available on the spot through the Tyro system using EFTPOS.

If you haven’t registered your bank account with Medicare, you can do so online at servicesaustralia.gov.au/medicare.
